I was skeptical when I bought this to use it as a wedge scanner in one of my friend's convenient store. Got it, hooked it, followed the one line installation instruction to hold the following keys: "Left Ctrl + F2 + Right Shift + BackSpace". That's it its decoding back the scanned barcode. Great for this price; Nit sure though how long it's going to last. Scanning is not very difficult at all (sure, not as easy as costly omni-directional).
