Excellent shredder! And yes, it IS whisper quiet. :0) It could have done with a handle on the side opposite of the drawer to help in getting it out or putting away, but it does its job. I am satisfied with the quality of the product. Thanks.

Casio KL-P1000-L Mouse Pad Label Printer Review

Compared to comparable label printers this unit is a bargain at [$$$]The product concept of combining a hard plastic Mouse Pad and a Label Printer is STRANGE to say the least. But fortunately you can remove the useless mousepad. Software is also quirky (you are advised to download the latest software FA-B30 from the Casio website which does support XP)In it's default state after the software is installed it takes over the right mouse click context menu so that you can print
make labels out of whatever text that is currently selected instead of the normal right context menu for the application. (I'm not sure why they did not just add this function to the existing menu instead of taking over) - This feature can be disabled by properties. The software is actually quite friendly in many ways, it shows the preview of the labels being printed, there are some pre defined BMP images that can be inserted to the labels, it even allows you to caputure a part of screen and insert it to the labels.
