I recently bought this shredder to replace a really old one. I wanted high capacity and this NT-PS10CC fit the bill. The only problem? You cannot take the top off to empty the shreds without making a mess on the floor around it. A lot of shredded paper clings to the blades, then, falls on the floor when you lift the top. My wife is ready to bring back the old shredder, just to stop the mess.

Init - couldnt you add a clean out phase? I cannot give more than a three star because of the mess that I am always cleaning up. Otherwise, works like a charm.
