Easy to setup and use. So far doesn't jam but stops and reverses if too much input. Although you can't shred a lot at one time, it shreds fast and with the cross cut doesn't fill up real fast. A definite improvement over our old Fellowes shredder. Excellent price as last year's model and free shipping with Amazon.
