When the product arrived and was set up the "door open" indicator light was illuminated. The door was out of adjustment and did not allow the door 'tab' (offset by nearly �") to insert into the switch. Took quite some time to figure out the hinge adjustments. When the product arrived the shipping box was damaged (UPS) and the door had a small chip in it. (The door is particle board) I called Swingline and was advised there are NO repair/replacement parts of ANY kind available! Operation & maintenance instructions are somewhat lacking.
