It's another busy day so let's get to the point. In today's economy I don't want to pay a lot for a shredder. But I sure don't want some wimpy sputter crank that will fail me when I need it the most.

Yes we have been self tricked into buying a cheap shedder to save $. Only to be frustrated in it's capacity ability, speed, and durability. A flaw that some of the big name shredders have is that the lateral edges of the sheets get wound up along the outer edge of the cutter roll. And that soon bunches up and you gotta get out the tweezers and pluck that paper jam out, strip by strip. Others don't have the hold capacity.
