Purchased from Geneva Marketing out of San Francisco. Item was used and did not feed the tape into the embosser.
Letters were just superimposed over each other. Brought this up to Steve Priske of Geneva Marketing, via Amazon, and he answered me within the hour. I was impressed with the timely response and the desire to make it right. He did within 24 hours.
