I have owned this shredder for a little over six months. It is being used in a non-commercial environment. For some reason unknown to me, it stopped working completely. I mean no power, not anything.
For this price it ought to last a lot longer.
Never again, Fellowes.

Sorry it took so long for me to update. I just forgot. Shortly after my poor review, I contacted Fellowes support. They suggested I turn the shredder unit around in the basket and it started working again. It has been functioning perfectly for over two years. It just goes to show it pays t read the manual.
