Diva Dog Pop-up Valentines (32) Review

These are the coolest Valentine cards I've ever owned; why couldn't I have had them in elementary school instead of at age 24?! I've kept one of each design for myself and am giving the rest out to family and friends over a few years, but a couple boxes of these would have been great for a class party. Well...maybe for the females and certain males who might enjoy them, hehe.

Since this isn't really a toy, the rating categories don't exactly apply. I gave four stars for educational value and durability because, well, they're shiny pop-up-style paper cards, so they're only as durable as they can be. Just be careful with them. And they're pretty educational as far as Valentine cards go, because they feature realistic breeds of dog.

It's easy to insert the tabs and make the purse pooches pop up, then fold 'em shut. The sayings are cute, clever, and can be appropriate for a variety of people you know. I've had fun giving mine out based upon the breeds and greetings.

These designs are excellent--bright, colorful, and fun. The set includes eight breeds:

-Chihuahua
-Shih Tzu
-West Highland White Terrier
-Smooth Dachshund
-English Cocker Spaniel
-Skye Terrier
-Poodle
-Saluki

I was particularly delighted to see the Poodle, Dachshund, and Cocker, but it was the Skye and the Saluki (my very favorite breed) that completely sold me. To see two such awesome, rare breeds included in the mix blew my mind.
