After suffering through the misery of trying to make an older Fellowes PS-79Ci shredder that was not properly cared for do the work this office needed one piece of paper at a time, and finding that it was a lost cause, we decided to spend a little more money and get one that sounded like it would come closer to meeting our needs. This machine is a work horse. We are able to actually put in 15+ sheets of paper at a time and it eats them right up. Because it only shreds in straight pieces, the bin fills rather quickly, but I've found that pushing the paper down into the bin gives me an opportunity to fill it pretty full before having to change bags. Dust is minimal. And I'm going to be really careful with this machine to oil it regularly so that it doesn't have the problems the old one did. We are very pleased with this machine.
