Konica's premium satin inkjet paper has the same finish that's commonly used by traditional photo studios. Its heavyweight construction (10.2 mil) offers a very substantial feel, while it's silky finish resists water as well as finger-prints. Classic Penguin Spine (G75) - Man and Superman by Bernard Shaw -Notebook Review

George Bernard Shaw was called, with good reason, the "English Nietzsche". Though Nietzsche was an aristocrat and Shaw a socialist, both cherished the dream of the superman and looked forward to the day when he would be realised. Both, however, were characterised by their mordant wit and intellectual cynicism, in which "Man and Superman" abounds. Shaw manages to compress a number of disparate themes into a relatively taut dramatic format, even throwing in a scene in which Don Juan, the Devil and a gang of anarchist brigands make an appearance. The central event of the plot involves the wealthy Tanner, a member of the "Idle Rich Class" making himself subservient to the Life Force and seeking the perfect woman to marry, who would guarantee him a very special offspring, his ideal, the superman himself. Though Shaw was not known to have read the works of Bergson at that time, nor to have been conversant with his vitalist doctrine of the Life Force, his use of the Life Force motif and the philosophical underpinnings of the play attest to a pure Bergsonism. The most delightful part, however, is the "Revolutionist's Handbook" at the end, which contains Shaw's most scandalous anti-Establishment jibes. For instance, "Do not do unto others as you would them do unto you. They might not have the same taste."

This is the newest photo paper on the market. We take an authentic smooth resin coated photo paper base and coat it with a metallic silver layer. We then apply an inkjet receiver layer over the metallic layer to make it compatible with all aqueous printers from Epson and HP. In order to provide the brilliant metallic look of the paper, we use a swellable inkjet receiver layer instead of the instant dry layers commonly used in inkjet photo papers today. The swellable inkjet receiver layers are optically clear versus the instant dry layers which are opaque. So, the trade-off is the unique metallic look of the paper that the clear layer provides versus easier handling. We chose the unique look of the paper. This photo paper can be used with either dye or pigment ink. Because of the unique base of these papers, we have been unable to create an icc profile. The profiling software assumes a white or near white base. Therefore, we recommend using one of the following driver settings: Epson: Premium semi-gloss photo paper, Premium luster photo paper; HP: Photo paper, Semi-gloss photo paper; Canon: Not recommended. This paper is not instant dry and must be handled carefully until dry. The metallic paper is susceptible to moisture, so we recommend finishing your photos with Print Shield protective coating .

This paper has a very interesting fell to it. it's not for any image, but you can be very creative on how to use it. Note, that is not a metallic paper like the high gloss Kodak Endura Metallic, but more like a brushed silver with pearlescent surface.
